How it works
- 1. Choose your plan on the checkout form (Featured $149, Premium $399, Combo $600).
- 2. Pay & confirm (annual auto-renew via Stripe – cancel any time before renewal).
- 3. Send us your photos + blurb (Premium/Combo). Your listing goes live within 72 hours.
- 4. Bonus stencil (Premium/Combo): we email to book a quiet install window (6–7am or after 4–5pm). If it’s wet or windy, we simply reschedule.
FAQs
Which plans include the wattle stencil?
Premium and Combo. It’s a bonus, optional, and redeemable within 3 months.
Do I need to be onsite for install?
No. We install from the street/forecourt using your placement photo.
What if the time doesn’t suit?
We aim for 6–7am or after 4–5pm. If that doesn’t work, we’ll arrange another quiet window.
What if it rains or is windy?
We simply reschedule to the next batch.
Refunds/cancellations?
No refunds or cancellations once work starts and is confirmed by email.
Change of mind: cancel within 24 hours of purchase (admin fee $50).
If we can’t deliver within the promised window, we’ll reschedule or refund you.
“Work starts” means we’ve allocated an install slot or begun setup (e.g., permission/admin steps, materials prepared, listing created/published, or story writing started). Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
