What this is
By booking a stencil with Inner West Local (IWL), you confirm you have authority to approve a small hand-painted wattle mark at the nominated location on private property.

Permission
You are the owner or have the owner’s permission to install the stencil at that location.

Permanent finish
The stencil is an outdoor, hand-painted mark. It is permanent and not designed to be removed. Natural variation and weathering are normal. No touch-ups or removals are included. If you attempt removal later, it is at your own risk and may mark or discolour the surface.

Scheduling
Installs are batched; weather/safety may shift the day.

Photos & privacy
IWL may take a photo of the finished stencil. For residences, only the street name (not the full address) may be mentioned on the IWL website.

Payments & refunds
Payment is taken upfront. No refunds or cancellations once work starts and is confirmed by email. Change of mind before work starts: cancel within 24 hours (AU$50 admin). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain.

Liability cap
To the extent permitted by law, IWL’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the stencil service.
