We respect your privacy. Inner West Local (IWL) collects the minimum data needed to run listings, bookings, and emails you ask for.

What we collect:

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone)

• Listing/business info you submit

• Payment confirmations (via Stripe; we don’t store card details)

• Basic site analytics & cookies (performance & security)

How we use it:

• To publish/maintain listings you request

• To book stencil installs and send service updates

• To send Day-1/Day-23 trial emails (local business listings)

• To improve the site & prevent abuse

Sharing:

• Processors only (e.g., hosting, email, payments). No data selling.

Payments:

• Stripe processes card data. See Stripe’s privacy notice.

Retention:

• As long as your listing/account is active or as required by law. You can request deletion.

Your choices:

• Unsubscribe links in emails; contact us to access/delete/update your info.
