Eligibility & permission

• Private property only, with owner/authorised approval (landlord consent where applicable).

• Bonus stencil (Premium/Combo) is optional; redeem within 3 months; non-transferable; installed at your listed business address.

Scheduling

• Quiet windows: 6–7am or after 4–5pm (or by arrangement).

• Weather: if wet or windy, we simply reschedule.

Placement & confirmation

• You provide a placement photo; we confirm location + size (W12cm x H18cm) by email before we paint.

• Ground-level placement ≤150 cm height; no ladders.

Finish & record

• Permanent, hand-sprayed enamel; not designed for touch-ups or removal.

• We take a completion photo as the job record.

Not defects

• Normal weathering; pre-existing surface issues (flaking/chalking/porous render, damp); later repainting or works by others; cleaning chemicals.
