What we do
Inner West Local (IWL) is a curated local directory and a community stencil project (the Wattle Trail). We provide listings, stories, and optional stencil installs.

Your responsibilities
Provide accurate info you have rights to use (text/images/logos). We may decline or remove content to protect community standards.

Payments & renewals

• Prices in AUD.

• Annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.

• One-time items (stencils, gift packs) are paid upfront.

Refunds
No refunds or cancellations once work starts and is confirmed by email. Change of mind before work starts: cancel within 24 hours (AU$50 admin). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain.

Install safety & batches
Installs are batched; weather/safety may move the day.

Permanent finish
The stencil is an outdoor, hand-painted mark. It is permanent and not designed to be removed. Natural variation and weathering are normal. No touch-ups or removals are included. If you attempt removal later, it is at your own risk and may mark or discolour the surface.

Liability cap
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
